Casa Nica is located in the small seaside village of Stazzo, a fishing village in the municipality of Acireale.

Its splendid seafront location will make your stay very pleasant and relaxing.

The house is well furnished and kept in excellent condition. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds, excellent for a family (7 guests), two bathrooms, a service bathroom and various internal and external common areas. The house has all the comforts necessary for your stay, access to the beach (cliff) and reserved parking. Animals are also welcome.

In the evening you can enjoy walks along the seafront and easily reach the central square, where you will find several restaurants and bars.
